BASIC TRADING RULES and CHECKLIST
For most sites and offers, you must:
-- Be 18 yrs. of age, a US resident.
-- Have only 1 offer trade account per household
-- Be PayPal verified; if you have a Paypal account, double check that you are verified, if not, just ask PayPal to verify your account. PayPal is the safest and easiest way to pay and get paid online and is the currency of choice in the offer trade industry.
If you don't yet have a Paypal account, get one now.
Sign up for PayPal and start accepting credit card payments instantly.
-- Use your real name, address & email, etc.
-- Be consistent with your info on all offer trade sites and offers
-- Use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS for all offer trade sites and offers
-- Have a bank credit or debit card with a Visa or MC logo
You also need to:
-- Lower security settings in your internet browser (Go to Internet Options, and check on Accept All Cookies)
Disable any add-on toolbar, if it blocks pop ups or spy ware
-- Make sure there are no script blockers or pop up blockers running
-- Be consistent with your name and address abbreviations
-- Notify a offer site if you must use a cell phone for phone verification
You CANNOT:
-- Sign up for any offer trade site or offer more than ONCE
-- Have an Internet Provider like AOL or MSN that uses a proxy (but DHCP is ok). If there is any question whether or not your provider uses a proxy, call them to find out.
-- USE A PREPAID OR GIFT CARD OF ANY KIND, instead of a credit/charge card. Some offers will allow for the use of a PayPal debit card.
-- Use a PO Box as your address, as your address must match your internet IP address. Some are getting around this by using a physical sign up email address for the site, and a PO box for doing an offer.
-- Check on offer sites from anywhere but home, as they check your IP address
-- Cancel an offer, if you elect not to keep it, the day after you sign up. Wait until the last day of your free trial, or in some cases, the day or 2 before - - i.e. If a trail offers expires on a Sat. or Sun., you'll need to cancel on Friday.
